What To Expect – Our Terms & Conditions.

Refund Policy.

All sales are final. By engaging Arielle Executive, clients acknowledge that fees are for personalised consultancy services and as such are non-refundable. Once payment has been made by you, the client, our work begins. There are no refunds.


It is important that you are clear on your targeted direction (from a role type perspective i.e. CEO) when we commence our branding journey (or clear that a platform brand that encompasses a broader positioning is your preferred direction).

If you require assistance to clarify your direction, please let us know at least 3 days PRIOR (i.e. more than 72 business hours) to Brand Discovery to arrange a Strategic Career Coaching session (cost is not included in your branding package). This may be held either before or after your Brand Discovery Consultation. We will recommend an approach once we ascertain the options.

Failure to provide adequate notice may incur a rescheduling fee.

If following Brand Discovery Consultation you alter your direction, we may charge you additionally for the expansion of scope for the additional work associated with this.

The Brand Discovery Session.

Your Brand Discovery Consultation is a 1 – 1.5 hour discussion about your career history and personality, held over the phone or via video conference.

During this session, we dive into your background to garner the necessary information that positions your experience as a fit for your intended direction, both from a narrative and value proposition perspective. For effectiveness, it will be steered and guided by your consultant.

We appreciate that you may have questions. Some of these questions may fall outside the branding scope of work and may require additional coaching. Topics that sit outside of our goals for Brand Discovery Consultation are:

  • How to discuss difficult exits during interview;
  • How to discuss roles that are a blemish / could be seen as a digression from your career to date;
  • Maternity leave / age discrimination / career breaks / unfair dismissals – with respect to framing this for recruiters;
  • How to frame resume gaps;
  • General interview coaching questions;
  • General questions about recruiters and recruitment processes.

Please note that following consultation, we may send targeted questions to you via email. This may arise in the following circumstances, though is not limited to these situations:

  • to ensure that we garner the necessary information to build your brand i.e. answers to questions that you may not have had on hand for your session such as quantifiable data to support your achievements;
  • to scope out your extra-curricular activities i.e. publications, voluntary experience, board appointments, outside of core profiling work.

We would appreciate it if you efficiently reverted to your consultant. Not doing so may delay the production of your documents beyond our 7 business day turnaround.

Delivery Times.

Your branding engagement with us is a 5-week engagement from the date of the Brand Discovery Consultation.

Business Day 0: Consultation 1 – 1.5 hours.

Business Day 7: First draft of your branded career documents issued in Microsoft Word and sent via email. This date is pending the outstanding information required from you. If we require additional information from you following your Brand Discovery Consultation, we appreciate your prompt and timely response.

Business Day 17: Final version. Please send your second round of feedback by this date. Once you are happy with your LinkedIn content, you will need to copy and paste it onto the platform yourself. We are not able to access your LinkedIn profile for you on your behalf.

Business Day 20: Value Proposition Aligned Elevator Pitch delivered via email.

The Edits Process.

We are a boutique consulting firm and limit the number of clients we partner with weekly to provide a high level of service to each client. We set aside a 5 week block of dedicated time to work with each individual that engages us.

During your engagement period, each edit round will be delivered within 3-business days of receipt of your feedback. If you do not revert with feedback during your engagement period (i.e. during the 10 business day period that follows the receipt of your first drafts) we are unable to guarantee edits turnaround of 3 business days and will revert with changes as soon as practically possible.

All feedback and changes must be completed within one month of the Brand Discovery Consultation. Any edits not made during this period will be forfeited.

We recommend carefully reviewing the first drafts of your professional brand prior to providing feedback. This will allow you to utilise both feedback rounds to their fullest potential (the interim and final edit).

Cover Letter.

If a cover letter forms a part of your package, we provide a number of options for this.

Please advise Arielle Executive during your consultation which cover letter type you prefer. Once work has commenced (i.e. after your Brand Discovery Consultation), any changes to the preferred cover letter type may result in additional charges.

Rescheduling Brand Discovery Consultations, Interview Coaching Sessions & Photo Shoots.

We ask for 72 business hours’ / 3 business days’ notice for rescheduling of any consultation, including interview coaching sessions. During the months of December and January, we ask for 5 business days’ notice.

Business Portraits require 5 business days’ notice for rescheduling throughout the year.

Failure to provide sufficient notice for Brand Discovery Consultation will incur a $550 cancellation fee.

Failure to provide sufficient notice for Interview Coaching or Business Portrait Photography will incur a $275 cancellation fee.

Failure to provide sufficient notice for Role Updates and Value Proposition Repositioning will incur a $275 cancellation fee.

Payment will be requested prior to the session taking place.

Sickness, work, emergencies and unexpected events will still incur the scheduled cancellation fee, unfortunately, there can be no exceptions.

Market Traction.

Gaining traction isn’t a matter of applying for roles online.

An effective job search is the responsibility of the individual. Working with Arielle Executive does not guarantee job placement. Our clients’ successes depend on the effort, commitment and diligence they instil into integrating the documents Arielle Executive has composed with best practice job search strategies.

Outcomes and successes are affected by many external variables including market volatility, local and national economies, market saturation for a particular role or industry, one’s level of experience, the competition and the strength of other applicant’s candidacy, individual skill sets, one’s ability to verbally present their expertise and influence an outcome. As an Arielle Executive client, we recommend broadening and deepening your network, building relationships with executive search professionals, asking for introductions, following up on applications, approaching organisations directly, following up on rejections to seek feedback, and of course, effectively articulating your value verbally.

Additionally, not all jobs advertised are ‘real’, or live positions. Companies and recruiters advertise roles as talent pipelining exercises, to ‘tick a box’ in a hiring process when they already have the candidate in mind, or – just as often – forget to take it down after they have selected their shortlist.

Although we build tools to elevate one’s positioning, traction in the market is outside of our control. An effective job search strategy (sales strategy) is distinct from personal brand (marketing). Assisting with the former falls outside of the scope of our Essentials, Business or Signature packages.

Career Transformations.

With career transformations, gaining traction (landing an interview / face-time with hiring manager) will in large part come down to your ability to build relationships and convince your target market to invest in you above and beyond others with a demonstrated track record in a particular role.

Your brand provides a platform upon which to have discussions. It will showcase how and why your background aligns with your intended direction. Our role is to build you that strong, commercially viable narrative that supports this direction, and a value proposition that aligns with the direction you’re targeting too. This adds credibility to the conversations and elevates your value.

However, please note that success will rest with your ability to convince the market that you are the ideal candidate, over and above the competition who will in most cases already have held that title previously.

Additional Coaching Hours.

If you require assistance to align your resume, cover letter or LinkedIn profile for specific roles after document finalisation, please let us know and we will provide you with a quotation. Additional charges apply.

Interview Coaching / Job Search Mentoring / Networking Coaching / Job Search Strategy / Recruitment Coaching.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide call recordings of any of our coaching sessions for security, privacy, and confidentiality reasons.

Credit Notes & Coaching Expiry.

All credit notes have a 6-month expiry window. All purchased coaching sessions have an expiry of 6 months following purchase. Any credit or coaching session that has not been used within this period will be forfeited. Credit notes are not transferable and are non-refundable.

Accuracy Acknowledgment.

You acknowledge that any report or document provided by Arielle Executive is based solely on information provided by you and that we cannot warrant the accuracy or truthfulness of your response.

Third-Party Sites.

As a convenience to you, Arielle Executive may provide, on this site, links to websites operated by other entities. If you use these sites, you will leave this site.

If you decide to visit any linked site, you do so at your own risk, and it is your responsibility to take all protective measures to guard against viruses or other destructive elements.
