In 2020, my world changed when COVID-19 struck; I found myself out of work and transitioning from being a self-employed consultant to wanting to be a part of a team again. I applied for roles throughout 2020 and had no success (granted, it was the pandemic, and the world had stopped). During this time, I decided that I would engage Arielle in the hope of crafting my career story to date and package it up into something potential employers would understand and ultimately want to interview me. But that was just the beginning. I got so much more; working with Arielle, my story and confidence grew, as did potential employers' interest. The career meditation takes time and thought to get done, but it was very worth it as once you come to have your consultation with one of the team members, they have already begun drafting my story. This made the phone consultation a great experience as I started to see and hear all my work experience coming together into a cohesive personal brand for myself. Having my story and my brand and a greater awareness of roles I could apply for, I can clearly see a career pathway for myself.Fast-forward to 2022. I was at a juncture to move roles, and it was a no-brainer to use Arielle again for my updated resume, LinkedIn profile, and rebrand. This time around, I was applying for higher-level roles, and I was able to achieve this goal with the help again from the Arielle team. Finally, in 2024, I will be updating my resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn again to ensure my brand is current and ready for the next opportunity.

When I first engaged Arielle Executive I wasn't sure where I wanted to take my career. From my first contact with MD, Irene McConnell, I was filled with confidence in their approach. Irene discussed their range of services and the process for each stage and patiently answered my long list of questions. I opted for the Business Package, which included brand discovery coaching, full resume, LinkedIn profile, cover letter and elevator pitch. Though initially I wasn't sure where I wanted to land career-wise, I found the pre-coaching career mediation very useful to reflect on my achievements, skills, and likes and dislikes about previous roles. My Branding Consultant, Leanne Elliot, was just brilliant. She delved deep with good questions to draw out things I hadn't consciously considered, and led me through a narrative development exercise to help identify the path I wanted to take, and ultimately, to build my brand. The result was a concise, yet compelling narrative threaded throughout the final collateral, and a strong professional brand I am excited about. The first position I applied for secured an interview (my first in many years), and I was the successful candidate. I can't recommend Arielle enough to any leader or executive seeking clarity and a strong brand to take the next step in their career. The investment is worth every cent.
